The first thing that comes to mind has to be offshore outsourcing.  Society scrutinizes this type of business ethic because in the end all it does is hurt the labor market.  We have millions of Americans who are losing jobs and part of it is due to companies using offshore outsourcing.  Not to mention millions more workers who no longer have job security in mind.

A great example of this is the language barrier in places like Call Centers.  Businesses and consumers are having issues understanding current workers, which can transpire into miscommunications and future issues with the company.  Do you really want to put your business is this type of situation? 

Sometimes you have to take matters into your own hands and the end result helps everyone around you.  Outsourcing jobs can be extremely helpful to your company, but keeping it close to home instead of offshoring everything can keep consumers and employees loving your business.  If you take the lower road in outsourcing jobs, don't be surprised if everyone starts to go elsewhere and your business goes up in flames.  Does it all make sense now?
