Today I had the opportunity to sit down with Jonathan Rivera, Founder of The Official Real Estate Referral Group and discuss his success with using Facebook to promote real estate business.

  2. Suzanne, the woman behind the curtain. I love this video for two reasons. One, we get to see you. As a woman, it pleases me to see women like you crushing it in this business (a little bit of girl power goes a long way). Second, Jonathan’s page is successful because it focuses on the community (I think he said that, but I don’t think people really understand what that means). Jonathan is a marketer, and part of marketing is building a client list. By focusing on the community’s needs, I am pretty sure he was able to move some product. That is the epitome of inbound marketing IMHO. Hubspot did it with their website grader tool and continues to attract people in their business with education, webinars, ebooks, videos all of which Jonathan has done successfully. If you want to learn internet marketing, I would watch Jonathan as I have.
